I don't expect to be commenting on my own comic a lot, but I felt I should point out some things.
Phil, Robert, and the kids in the background of panel one (L-R: Muffin, Lily Xie, Ray Bright) are all characters I used between 2003-2005 in my earliest comic series, "Stop That". Since I'm trying to get back in touch with the 2005 version of Westbury Detectives, I thought it would be a nice throwback and an exercise for myself to take some of my oldest characters and redo them in my current style.
Becky always had a protective mechanical toy; in earlier incarnations it was a round, floating robot with one eye that could talk for itself. A bear with a radio and a tracking device is much more fathomable in the present, though.
