After his ex-girlfriend's accident, young Manhattan investigator Jack Arthur is transferred to an independent detective agency in Nassau County. At the same time, up-and-coming mob boss Pinhead Miyamoto is determined to avenge the murder of his adopted father.
As the violent attacks on detectives and civilians increase, Jack is thrown into a violent rivalry with Miyamoto, finding he may be the only man able to keep the village from falling apart...
Updated unevenly. Warnings for violence and mild sexual situations.
More weird behind the scenes information: Jack was based on Robert Palmer, and Pinhead was based on Kenji Kitajima of Fence of Defense. Oddly, I can draw them at their best if I draw Jack while playing Fence of Defense, and draw Pinhead while playing Palmer.
As well, this has less panels than the other pages, but I hoped this ensuing scene would look more cinematic.
The first five panels are brilliant! The grey shadings and play of light add an interesting shift of mood. If you had crammed that into smaller panels, the effect would have had less impact.
