After his ex-girlfriend's accident, young Manhattan investigator Jack Arthur is transferred to an independent detective agency in Nassau County. At the same time, up-and-coming mob boss Pinhead Miyamoto is determined to avenge the murder of his adopted father.
As the violent attacks on detectives and civilians increase, Jack is thrown into a violent rivalry with Miyamoto, finding he may be the only man able to keep the village from falling apart...
Updated unevenly. Warnings for violence and mild sexual situations.
Hey, did you do this on the road? And, if so, how? You keep a scanner in your pocket or something?
Duh. I forgot about the timer function.
Ahem, anyway: This reminds me a little of my own style, though I'm not suggesting that you're copping anything. I pare as much down to the basics and try to squeeze as much drama out of the few panels that I seem able to draw, but that's partly out of necessity: I don't have your mad skills... at least, not yet! This page works for me because it's layout is a little different than most of the previous ones: The focus is on this man and his determination. It allows him to jump out of the page, before he settles in to the broader canvas of the story, on the next page.
